Delete your account

هذه الصفحة تتيح لك حذف حسابك وبياناتك من تطبيق منصة الأستاذ فنر فوزي المقدَّم من AZU Company.
This page lets you delete your account and associated data from the منصة الأستاذ فنر فوزي app, provided by AZU Company.

You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data. once processed, all personal data linked to your account will be permanently removed from our systems.

كيفية حذف حسابك / How to delete your account

عبر هذه الصفحة / Via this page:

  1. أدخل عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك في الحقل أدناه. / Enter your account email address in the form below.
  2. اختر سبب الحذف (اختياري). / Choose a reason for deletion (optional).
  3. اضغط على "إرسال طلب الحذف". / Tap Submit Deletion Request.

داخل التطبيق / In-app:

  1. افتح التطبيق وادخل إلى إعدادات الحساب. / Open the app and go to Account Settings.
  2. اختر "حذف الحساب" واتبع التعليمات. / Select Delete Account and follow the prompts.
البيانات التي سيتم حذفها / What data is deleted

عند معالجة طلبك، سيتم حذف البيانات التالية بشكل دائم: / Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • الاسم الكامل / Full name
  • عنوان البريد الإلكتروني / Email address
  • رقم الهاتف / Phone number
  • صورة الملف الشخصي / Profile photo
  • تقدم الدورات / Course progress
  • نتائج الاختبارات / Quiz results
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات / Data retention

قد يتم الاحتفاظ بسجلات المعاملات والمدفوعات لمدة تصل إلى 90 يومًا بعد تاريخ الحذف، وذلك لمتطلبات قانونية أو محاسبية، وبعد انتهاء هذه المدة تُحذف نهائيًا.
Transaction and payment records may be retained for up to 90 days after the deletion date where required by law or for accounting purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.
